A graduate of The University of Western Australia in Arts and Law, Rabia Siddique is a lawyer and an international humanitarian. She is a public figure and appears regularly in the media as a panelist on The Drum and a guest panelist on Q&A. She is also a frequent guest in podcasts and on radio.
Rabia worked abroad for 13 years as a legal officer in the British Army and as a Crown Advocate in the Counter Terrorism Division of the Crown Prosecution Service. Following her overseas roles, Rabia returned to Western Australia where she worked as a Legal Counsel to the WA Commissioner of Police and as Principal Lawyer for the Corruption and Crime Commission WA.
For the last 8 years, Rabia has run her own business as a global leadership and resilience consultant, inspirational speaker, mentor and media commentator. She is a committed advocate, philanthropist and is a non-Executive board member of the Museum of Freedom and Tolerance, Wesley College, Calan Wiliams Racing and the International Foundation of Non-Violence.
Rabia is a hostage survivor and mother of 12 year-old triplet boys.
