I always look forward to our Syndicate meetings and come away from them invigorated. Attending the meetings with a small list of discussion points provides an opportunity to obtain different perspectives from an otherwise unavailable CEO talent pool.

It is good to hear from people from other industries. I have been in the same industry for so long, that it is beneficial to see how other CEOs deal with issues, concerns, and share milestones. This, I think is already benefiting the business and has expanded my role.

The CEO Institute is one of the single most beneficial groups I have ever joined. It has been fantastic for me. I find it heartening, a relief and extremely valuable to meet with my Syndicate in a safe place to discuss my challenges, my concerns, my triumphs and trials and receive credible, usable feedback from the group.

At The CEO Institute you've got equals to talk to and bounce ideas off. As we know, within any organisation when problems happen, they can escalate. Where do you go when this happens? There's often nobody that you can go to. In your Syndicate at The CEO Institute, you can speak freely to other members and tell them about the problems and the issues that you might have. There's a good chance that they've been through it already, or if they haven't, they know somebody that has.
