* Candidates who have successfully attended the monthly 12 course sessions and have a minimum three years of management experience are automatically awarded Full Certified Manager certification.

When I commenced the program, I had been in my role as 2IC for approximately 12 months. Throughout the 12 months of the course, I gained enough confidence to step up into Acting CEO role and am currently CEO of the organisation for a contracted position until 2026.
