The CEO Institute understands that it is an individual's right to keep their personal information private. We are committed to protecting and maintaining the privacy, accuracy and security of members' personal information.
Federal Policy Laws and The CEO Institute
Federal Policy Laws became effective from 21 December 2001. The legislation regulates the way organisations can collect, use, keep secure and disclose personal information. Businesses are required to handle personal information in accordance with the National Privacy Principles as outlined in the legislation. The CEO Institute is bound by and supports the National Privacy Principles of Australia for the handling of personal information.

Confidentiality Agreement
Confidentiality is at the core of what makes The CEO Institute’s peer-to-peer environment so powerful. To create a space where open, honest conversations can happen, all members are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement before attending their first meeting. This agreement ensures that any information shared, whether personal, commercial, or strategi, remains strictly within the group. It’s a mutual commitment that builds trust and protects the integrity of every discussion.
