Description:
Most of our work is sell-side M&A for private, founder-led or family-owned businesses. We typically prepare and execute competitive processes exploring both Private Equity and Strategic sale outcomes, and have deep experience across technology (SaaS and services), telco, professional services, retail, and general industrials. About 75% of our transactions involve international buyers or investors, and we know the PE and cross-border landscape extremely well.
We also selectively work on Series B–D capital raisings for later-stage growth and tech-enabled companies (typically $5–10m+ ARR). We target leading Australian and global investors across VC, PE, growth, strategic, sovereign, Family Office (HNW) investors. — particularly from the US, UK, Europe and Asia. Recent raises include $50m for payments fintech DataMesh, a $20m equity raise enabling a $200m lending facility for non-bank lender Coex, and $100m current raise for a deep-tech next gen aviation business.
The balance of our mandates are buy-side, assisting larger corporates and funds making $20–100m+ bolt-on acquisitions. Current mandates include Macquarie Technology Group (ASX: MAQ) in Cloud and Cyber, and a French PE-backed digital marketing group expanding in Asia-Pacific. We can also help clients evaluate their options regarding IPOs, SPACs and secondary equity sell downs.
Some current/previous transactions include:

- Sale of an energy storage business (EV $50m) to PE
