To strengthen board alignment, members who engage our fractional advisory services receive a complimentary half-day Boardroom AI Literacy Training Session (valued at $5,500 + GST). This session helps directors understand AI’s implications for strategy, risk, and oversight, ensuring the whole leadership team is confident and capable in guiding AI adoption.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility This offer is available exclusively to current CEO Institute members. 2. Offer Period The offer is valid for new Fractional AI Advisory engagements confirmed before 1 April 2026. Engagements must commence within three months of confirmation. 3. Fractional AI Advisory Engagement A minimum term of three months applies. Services will be scoped and agreed in writing prior to commencement. Standard KAW AI Advisory terms of engagement and confidentiality obligations apply. 4. Complimentary Boardroom AI Literacy Session One half-day session (up to four hours) will be provided at no charge. The session must be scheduled within 3 months of the fractional engagement start date. Session delivery may be in person or via Microsoft Teams, subject to mutual agreement. For in-person sessions outside Auckland, reasonable travel expenses will be invoiced at cost. The session is for up to 12 participants;additional attendees may incur an extra facilitation fee. 5. Value of Complimentary Session The Boardroom AI Literacy Training Session is valued at $5,500 + GST and is not redeemable for cash, credit, or discount on other services. 6. Cancellation or Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 10 business days’ notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the complimentary session. 7. Intellectual Property All materials provided during the engagement or training remain the intellectual property of KAW Ltd. Participants may use materials internally within their organisation only. 8. General KAW AI Advisory reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time. All fees are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclusive of GST.
