EXECUTIVE HIGH PERFORMING TEAMS PROGRAMME
A transformative programme that empowers senior leadership teams to connect, lead and deliver as a truly high-performing team. This programme includes:
• 100 hours of learning per management team member
• 60min meet and greet with the full management team, including discovery of where the business is at
• 30min 1:1 between myself and each management team member prior to the first workshop
• Set up and prep for all of the management team to complete their assessment tools
• Full breakdown reporting, analysis and debrief for each individual of their assessment tools
• Video to the management team before each workshop
• Collating and sending relevant pre-reads to the management team prior to each workshop
• Four days of workshops which drive true connections amongst the team resulting in High Performing Team dynamics
HIGH PERFORMING LEADERS PROGRAMME
A programme designed for any future leaders to help set them up as high performing leaders.
• 4 days of facilitation (1 x 2 day workshop + 2 x 1 day workshops)
• The programme will also provide access to Laurent’s online programme called ‘Mastering Self Leadership’
• Introduction of Laurent and the LSI tool to the team
• Launch of the LSI survey campaign by email to all participants
• Every team member to receive a 1:1 individual LSI debrief with Laurent
• Set up and prep for all of the management team to complete their assessment tools

Terms & Conditions:
Booking and Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service fee is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the first scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
• Individual sessions: cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Workshops or Team Programs: a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 14 days will incur a 50% charge;within 7 days, the full fee is payable.
Refund Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If a program is cancelled by The Human Perspectives, a full refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, non-attendance or partial completion of a program, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies), refunds or credits may be offered at the Company’s discretion.
