This workshop helps Executive Teams identify what’s getting in the way of their success and builds the foundations for collective performance.
Using a best-in-class team diagnostic from the developers of The Leadership Circle (called the BRITE Team Effectiveness Diagnostic), we reveal the patterns that drive or derail results across five key areas of team health.
You and your team will gain clarity, actionable insights and a roadmap for improving your conversations, behaviours, priorities, and dynamics that drive performance.
The session is grounded in the same evidence-based approach that underpins LEAD’s executive coaching practice, ensuring that your team’s growth aligns with contemporary leadership practice that leverages both collective and individual development.
