A one on one, confidential session (in person or virtual) with the CEO/owner, covering:

• Exit objectives and timing.
• Assessment of current business readiness to sell (key value drivers, risks, and gaps).
• Discussion of feasible exit pathways (trade sale, partial sale, MBO, staged succession, internal transition).
