The Leadership Program empowers CEOs and senior executives to lift the capability, cohesion, and performance of their management teams through a high-impact, 12-month development journey. Each organisation receives a fully tailored program aligned with its culture, strategy, and business priorities, ensuring measurable leadership growth and improved organisational outcomes.
Delivered through monthly, 2-hour virtual sessions, the program blends real-world executive insight with practical leadership tools. Facilitated by experienced professionals from The CEO Institute network, each session builds critical thinking, communication, and decision-making confidence across participants.
Teams are guided to think strategically, lead with clarity, and create a culture of accountability and collaboration. Organisations consistently report stronger succession pipelines, improved engagement, and greater leadership consistency across middle and senior management.
Participants who complete all 12 sessions and hold a minimum of three years’ management experience are automatically awarded Full Certified Manager Certification (CertM) — a globally recognised professional designation through The CEO Institute’s Certification Framework.
