Meet our Speakers
Jim Winter
The most important thing to know about Jim is that he is bilingual – fluently speaking Australian and American. Jim is a Director of Attitude Adjustment and has lived in Western Australia for 30 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Miami University and an MBA from The Citadel.
Jim has an exceptionally broad and diverse background in government and civilian industry. Jim was a senior officer in the United States Navy and is a combat veteran. He was a professor at several graduate schools in the US and Australia, and has worked in project management in technology, weapons systems, construction, and oil & gas. He has won a National Championship as coach of the WA Raiders American Football team. Leadership is his passion, and he believes the most important thing you can do as a leader is ensuring that the growth and development of your people is your primary job. Jim assisted companies in 20 countries in the last few years in furthering their leadership and culture. He is a long suffering Fremantle Dockers supporter.
Matt Mueller
Matt brings a unique career spanning technology, governance, and risk across multiple industries and professional services in Australia, the USA, Singapore, and New Zealand. His expertise in digital strategy and AI is grounded in formal AI education, senior leadership roles including CIO and Group Head of AI, consulting experience, and non-executive directorships.
Matt has founded a US technology company and built a successful advisory practice within a BRW Fast 100 business. He has led AI strategy implementation, digital transformations, and advised executive teams and Boards on technology, risk, governance, major capital projects, and complex commercial matters across public and private sectors.
Dr Marny Lishman
Dr Marny Lishman is a Health and Community Psychologist, mindset coach, author, keynote speaker and media commentator with over 15 years’ experience in mental health and wellbeing. She integrates positive psychology and prevention-focused strategies to build psychological capability, adaptability and resilience in individuals and organisations.
Marny is the author of Burnout to Brilliant, A Beautiful Mess and Crisis to Contentment, and delivers keynotes, workshops, masterclasses and workplace programs nationally. She has worked with a wide range of leading organisations across corporate, government, education and health sectors, and is a regular mental health expert and commentator across Australian television, radio and print media.
Matthew Boyall
Matthew Boyall is the Chief Executive Officer of ASX-listed Cue Energy Resources, overseeing oil and gas production assets across Australia, Indonesia and New Zealand. With more than 20 years’ global energy sector experience, his career spans complex offshore and onshore operations in high-risk environments, with a strong focus on risk management and strategic decision-making. Matthew began his career with SLB in the North Sea and Asia-Pacific before holding commercial and business development roles with BHP Petroleum and Nexus Energy.
As CEO, Matthew has delivered strong operational and financial performance, returning over $31 million to shareholders. He holds engineering and science degrees, an MBA, and is a GAICD graduate.
Samantha Jackson
Samantha Jackson is a Clinical Nutritionist, Trainer, and Performance Coach who specialises in working with executives, high performers, musicians and Hollywood actors. Her background includes senior leadership roles as CEO, COO, and General Manager, along with a Lean & Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification. This combination of corporate and clinical experience informs her current work of helping leaders across all industries address the health challenges that come with sustained high performance.
Samantha works with clients both locally and internationally and has been the personal coach to actor Mel Gibson for over seven years. She is a published author, sought after speaker and regular media commentator. Samantha focuses on practical, evidence-based strategies in nutrition, movement, and mindset to foster the understanding that leadership effectiveness, performance excellence and personal health are inseparable.
