David has been involved in senior positions with British Airways, Security Pacific Bank London, ANZ Bank Australia, and Elders IXL Ltd in Australia, CEO of Elders fruit exporter in New Zealand and CEO of the confectionary manufacturing and distribution company Betta Foods in Victoria.

David was CEO of a software distribution company Goalfix in Victoria supplying software products to finance sector and won 3 awards for software design, and runners up in the Small Business Awards.

David is involved with writing, training and mentoring directors, business owners and senior executives in corporate governance, strategy, board reviews, strategic financial performance, and business valuations. Also one of the 3 co-authors of Mastery in the Board Room by the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

David is published by Thomson Reuters in the Financial Analysis and Cashflow Manual and another 3 publications for CEOs, Corporate Finance executives and accountants in practice.
