Member Experience Breakfast
What this morning is
If you’re a CEO or business owner in the WA market, you already know the hardest challenges aren’t technical. They’re the decisions you carry alone.
This Member Experience Breakfast is your opportunity to step inside a CEO Institute-style session and experience how peer-to-peer leadership works, in a trusted, structured environment.
The CEO Institute was founded in 1992 and is built on one belief, that no business leader should ever walk alone.
You’ll see how leaders use confidential discussion, practical frameworks, and a skilled Chair to gain clarity and move forward.
What you’ll experience
- A “be a member for a morning” preview of how a Syndicate session feels
- Peer-to-peer discussion focused on real leadership and business challenges
- A facilitated format that brings structure, pace, and outcomes
- The chance to meet the team, ask questions, and understand next steps if it’s the right fit
Simon Bowen
Founder, The Models Method
Simon Bowen has spent more than two decades as a facilitator, advisor, and consultant to some of the most influential leaders across complex industries and challenging environments. He has observed that, in today’s world, thinking is often valued less than doing. However, Simon firmly believes—and has consistently demonstrated—that the success of any business, project, or organisation is directly proportional to the quality of its thinking and the strength of the ideas on which it is built. As a result, Simon is leading a renaissance in thinking by creating visual models that unpack a leader’s and an organisation’s unique genius. His Models Method is transforming how brands and leaders articulate, package, and deliver their intellectual property.
Simon has proven the power of this method with Fortune 500 companies, heads of government, the military, and private-sector organisations across strategic planning, innovation, crisis management, and high-stakes decision-making. He now works closely with a select group of companies to create their own Genius Models—enabling them to profoundly shift how they sell and convert, enhance alignment and understanding across their teams, and revolutionise the way leaders innovate, refine, and communicate their value.
Anne Massey
