WHO IT IS FOR 

For CEOs ready for deeper peer support  

The Leadership Program PLUS is designed for CEOs who want to strengthen their own leadership capability while also drawing on the experience and perspective of other club leaders. It is particularly relevant where decisions are becoming more complex and opportunities for candid, structured peer discussion are limited. 
FORMAT 

One integrated monthly experience 


Part one: The Leadership Program (2 hours):  Expert insight, facilitated learning and practical leadership development. 

Part two: Peer Advisory Roundtable (90 minutes):  A structured, Chair-led discussion in which CEOs can bring live challenges, test options, share relevant experience and agree practical next steps. 

Together, the two components form a 3.5-hour experience each month over 12 months, led by a qualified Chair from The CEO Institute.

A forum designed for open discussion 

Peer advisory works when participants can speak candidly. All participants will sign a confidentiality agreement which will set expectations for confidentiality, respectful discussion and the handling of commercially sensitive information.
