The Wellness Series

Fiona Rose, CEO, Fitness Passport, with a special guest CEO in each city

ANZ

Healthier leaders. Healthier people. Stronger businesses.

The demands of leadership are personal. So is the impact on your wellbeing.

Earlier this year, we surveyed The CEO Institute members across Australia and New Zealand. Of the 798 members who responded, 68% said their own mental health and wellbeing was “significantly worse” than two years ago.

We take that seriously.

Throughout this year, The Breakfast Series has addressed the top five issues you’ve told us matter most. Mental health and wellbeing is firmly on that agenda. The Wellness Series is our response.

Join The CEO Institute, in partnership with Fitness Passport, for a morning of honest CEO stories, practical insights and actions you can take to support your own wellbeing and the people you lead.

Fiona Rose, CEO of Fitness Passport, will deliver a keynote at every event, drawing on her own leadership journey and her experience building a growing business centred on wellbeing. She’ll explore the realities of looking after yourself while leading others, and the role leaders play in creating organisations where people can thrive.

In each city, a special guest CEO will join Fiona for a candid conversation about their own experiences. The pressure. The setbacks. The moments that demanded change. And what helped them find a healthier way forward.

You’ve consistently told us that hearing directly from CEOs about the challenges they’ve faced is one of the most valuable experiences we can offer. These conversations will bring that experience to life, with personal stories and lessons you can apply to your own leadership.

Because no business leader should ever walk alone.e.

What you'll walk away with

This series brings your personal wellbeing and your responsibilities as an employer into the same conversation. You will leave with:

•    Perspective from lived experience. Honest accounts from CEOs about navigating pressure, personal challenges and the ups and downs of leadership.
•    Practical ideas for your own wellbeing. Approaches to protecting time, energy and connection alongside the demands of running a business.
•    A clearer view of your influence as a leader. How your behaviour, expectations and everyday decisions shape the wellbeing of your people.
•    Actions to take back to your organisation. Ideas for making wellbeing part of how your business operates, with an emphasis on what you can put into practice.
•    Questions worth making time for. What needs to change for you? What are your people experiencing? And where can you make a meaningful start?

Who should attend?

This series is designed for:

•    CEOs, Managing Directors, and business owners who want to look after their own wellbeing while leading a successful business.
•    Senior executives and people leaders responsible for culture, employee wellbeing and organisational performance.
•    Leaders who value candid conversations with experienced CEOs and want practical ideas they can use personally and professionally.

About Fiona Rose, CEO Fitness Passport

Fiona Rose’s first business lessons came from selling hotdogs to outspoken football fans at North Sydney Oval when she was 15. She learnt to listen to customers, respond to feedback and understand what brings people back.

Her career has since taken her through frontline government work in London, start-up investment, corporate growth, and building businesses of her own. Along the way, she helped raise more than $200 million, backed emerging founders, and developed a leadership approach grounded in perspective, resilience, and care for people.

Today, Fiona leads Fitness Passport. Under her leadership, the team has grown from 30 people to more than 100 and grown exponentially in terms of customer base and revenue.

She brings a practical CEO perspective on building a purposeful organisation, sustaining performance, and supporting the people behind the results. Her belief is simple: ambition and kindness belong together.
