With over 30 years of senior leadership knowledge, Dr Clark’s experience as a
Chief Executive spans over 27 years. His governance experience includes roles such as Board Chair, National President, Company Secretary and Board Member for more than a dozen companies focused mainly in the health and education sectors. Stephen has also chaired a range of sub-committees as a Non-Executive Director.


He holds qualifications in Teaching Psychology, Counselling and Special Education, and a Doctorate in Philosophy. Stephen is married in a blended family with six (6) children and four (4) grandchildren.
