Earl was recently appointed as Executive Chairman of ASX Listed, global sports technology company HIT.IQ. He previously serving as an independent non-executive director of ASX listed sports technology company, MSL Solutions, from April 2019 until its acquisition by Pemba Capital Partners in April 2023. Earl is an experienced Chair, NED and business leader, CEO, Managing Director both locally and internationally. He was Chairman and Director of Cricket Australia from 2008-2021, Director of Cricket Victoria from 2006-2015 and held the position of Deputy Chairman from 2008-2015.
Earl is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and Graduate of the AICD. Previously he was Managing Director for WSP Asia Pacific and Managing Director of ASX-listed Greencap before selling to Wesfarmers.
Earl's first start up made the BRM top 25 start-ups and Top 100 fastest growing companies in 2005. Since then, he has run local and international listed companies.
Earl supported Australian cricket for over a decade and was appointed as Chair of Cricket Australia, bringing his experience and passion for risk and leadership into the heart of Australian sport in the wake of the ball tampering scandal.
Earl has had a deep and rewarding career in Governance and Risk Management, consulting to both public and private enterprises and also delivering some of Australia’s largest risk management and health and safety projects. Earls’ focus is on building sustainable strategic risk programs that enhance organisational outcomes and guide executive leaders to make decisions that support the growth of their business across a wide range of domestic and international industries.
