Stéphane Chatonsky is a professional director, chair and a seasoned strategy and investment leader with over 25 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, strategy and advisory services. He has held executive positions with globally recognized organizations, including Lazard, McKinsey & Company, Macquarie Bank and LeapFrog Investments.

Throughout his career, Mr. Chatonsky has served as a Non-Executive Director, Chair, and advisor to leading firms in the healthcare, data, AI, and technology sectors. His entrepreneurial spirit and explorer’s mindset, coupled with a pragmatic leadership style, have been instrumental in steering pivotal business and capital decisions that drive growth while maintaining strong commercial discipline.

Mr. Chatonsky is committed to education and mentoring, contributing his insights and expertise at leading Australian universities and as an expert witness. His open and clear communication style fosters trusted relationships with executive teams, board members, and investors.

Currently, Mr. Chatonsky is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of IVEST, Board Chair of Brainmates, Non Executive Director of Drop Bio Health, Cerulea Clinical Trials, and Neo Bionica, and Senior Advisor to Heidi Health. He is also an Honorary Fellow at Macquarie University, Adjunct Professor at the University of New South Wales, Adjunct Faculty at University of Queensland, Expert-in Residence at Cicada Innovations and an Expert Witness to the Federal Court of Australia.

Mr. Chatonsky is a graduate of ESSEC Business School (Paris), holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
