The Leadership Program

Experience Session

Topic Overview

Most leaders judge their people on how they perform today

Very few know how their people think, yet that shapes what each person notices, what they miss, and whether they can lead the business through its next stage of growth.

In this 75-minute session, Clare Cope, Founder of Thought Code® and Executive Coach, explores what it costs a business when leaders make development, promotion and hiring decisions without this information. She’ll show how to recognise the thinking you may be overlooking in your own team.

What You’ll Take Away

A clearer view of how your team thinks, and which kinds of thinking may be missing or going unheard..

An understanding of why a team that suited one stage of growth may struggle with the next, and how to spot the early signs.

Two simple questions to ask about each person on your team, so you can decide with more confidence where to invest in their development.

Attendees will also receive a four-page reference sheet to use with their own leadership team.
