Autonomy Health is an Auckland-based, doctor-led preventive health clinic, and we start by taking the time to understand your story: your history, your goals and the demands on your time. We measure more than 100 biomarkers, 3D body composition and continuous glucose monitoring to find what routine checks aren't designed to pick up. Our doctors, led by Clinical Director Dr Janani Krishnaswami and Dr Ula Heywood, interpret the whole picture into a clear, personalised strategy.
Most health assessments end with a report. Ours is where the work starts. Our interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and medically-led health coaches works with you week by week to build changes that fit around a demanding life, in person in Remuera or online anywhere in New Zealand.
