Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once a signed agreement or written acceptance (via email) is received from the client, and a deposit or purchase order (if applicable) has been processed.
2. Fees and Payment
Keynote (up to 90 minutes): $5,000 (AUD)
Workshop or Presentation (up to 3 hours): $7,000 (AUD)
Multiple Bookings: $6,000 (AUD) per session (minimum of two sessions booked concurrently).
All fees are exclusive of GST.
Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For new clients, a 50% deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the balance due prior to the event.
3. Travel and Expenses
Travel within metropolitan areas is included.
Regional, interstate, or international travel will incur additional costs, including reasonable expenses for flights, accommodation, and transfers, agreed upon prior to booking.
4. Cancellation and Postponement
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled date will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur 100% of the agreed fee.
If the event is postponed, the booking may be transferred to a new date within 6 months, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
5. Customisation and Preparation
All presentations and workshops are tailored to meet the client’s needs. Adequate briefing time and background information are required at least two weeks prior to the event to ensure alignment with the audience and objectives.
6. Recording and Intellectual Property
Recording (audio, video, or digital) of the presentation or workshop is not permitted without prior written consent.
All presentation content, materials, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Craig Ball.
Handouts and resources provided are for participant use only and may not be reproduced or distributed beyond the intended audience without written approval.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control (e.g., illness, natural disasters, travel disruptions). In such cases, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
8. Liability
Craig Ball will deliver services with professional care and diligence. However, he shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses resulting from the event or its outcomes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
