One of our senior engineers spends up to half a day reviewing your environment, then walks you through what we found. The review covers:
• Your Microsoft 365 tenant configuration and licensing. Are you paying for things you don't use, or missing protections you already own? • Multi-factor authentication coverage across all users, including admin accounts. • Backup and recovery position for email, files and Teams data. • Patching and endpoint protection status across all your devices. • Externally visible risks, including exposed services and any of your credentials already circulating from known breaches.
You receive a one-page written summary in plain English. Each area is rated red, amber or green, with the cost to remediate anything we flag. It is written so you can hand it straight to your board or auditor.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Available to organisations in New Zealand with an existing Microsoft 365 tenant. Remote delivery unless otherwise agreed. On-site visits are available from our Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga branches. Visits outside these regions may incur travel costs, quoted and agreed in advance. 2. The review requires read-only administrative access to your Microsoft 365 tenant, and reasonable access to information about your backups, devices and network. We cannot complete the health check without this. 3. The review is limited to the areas listed in the offer. It is an assessment only. It does not include remediation, configuration changes, or ongoing monitoring, and it is not a penetration test or a formal security certification. 4. Findings are based on the information available at the time of the review. Elite Business Systems gives no warranty that all risks will be identified, and accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the report. 5. The 20% remediation discount applies to Elite Business Systems labour on work quoted within 60 days of the report. It excludes hardware, third-party software and licensing, and it cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. 6. All information reviewed is treated as confidential and is not shared outside Elite Business Systems without your written consent. 7. Elite Business Systems reserves the right to decline or withdraw this offer where it is not commercially practical to deliver, or where a conflict of interest exists. 8. All prices exclude GST.
