Our medical team assess over 300 factors during an assessment and give each person a holistic view of their medical, mental, physical health and performance. At the core of every program is our proprietary Wellbeing Index, which evaluates six key dimensions of Complete Wellbeing. These six dimensions, carefully identified by our experienced doctors, represent the most significant factors influencing your health and wellbeing. The interaction between these factors is unique to each individual, and the Wellbeing Index offers a measurable, data-driven way to track changes over time. Your score can also be compared against industry benchmarks, drawn from a comprehensive database of over 45,000 executives we've assessed.

Our Premium Health Assessment is our most popular and comprehensive executive health assessment specifically designed for individuals in key roles like CEOs, Executives, Directors, Managers and industry leaders. This group often face pressure and disruption as well as the adverse health effects of long hours, lack of routine and high-stress working environments.
After completing the assessment, our team will provide you with a comprehensive report detailing your current health status as well as any relevant referrals and recommendations.
The Assessment costs $2250.00 + GST per person and includes: - A comprehensive medical history, review and medical examination - Mental health review and discussion - Blood test & pathology screening - Treadmill stress test, resting ECG, and blood pressure monitoring for cardiovascular examination - Lung function, vision and hearing testing - Skin cancer screen and dermatological disorders review - Flexibility, core strength and posture analysis - Fitness assessment and exercise program advice - Dietary review and advice - Individualised reports and referrals - Doctors wellbeing strategy calls - In-house delivery of a Stress Echocardiogram available in our Brisbane and Sydney clinics at $650.00 per person (excluding GST). External Referral also available at $950.00 (excluding GST).

Payment options for both individuals and corporate teams include: - Credit card pay on the day - Invoice to Company – 14 Day terms - Pre-payment
Cancellation Policy: If outside 5 clear working days – no charge applies - 25% of total assessment fee will be charged if less than 5 clear working days - 50% of total assessment fee will be charged if less than 2 clear working days - 100% of total assessment fee will be charged for same day cancellations / no shows.
Confidentiality: - Ford Health will provide an individual report to eligible participants on health issues identified - Ford Health will maintain Patient/Doctor Confidentiality at all times - Customer acknowledges that individual results and information obtained from participants during the assessment process is confidential and will not be provided to Customer without written permission from the individual participant
