The How-to-Change-Anything Workshop turns managers into change leaders, giving them the insight, mindset, skills and tools to take full ownership of your next change program, ensuring maximum workforce support, widespread adoption and optimal 'return on change investments' (ROCI) for years to come.

The workshop runs for a full day (usually 9:30am-4pm), can include up to 16 participants, and normally costs $15,000 +GST. The special offer for CEO Institute members is for a half-priced discount, making the fee just $7,500 +GST. That's less than $500 per person in a full class, for a full day of development with a world-class expert.

Rescheduling is allowed with more than two weeks' notice.
Reschedule requests with less than two weeks' notice result in forfeiting 50% of the delivery fee.
