We offer 4 programs of work that can all be tailored to fir the needs of our clients specific situations.
1. Culture Transformation
Comprising of a Culture Discovery to unearth what is currently working and what is holding your organisation back from achieving it's full potential with regard to the beliefs, behaviours and unwritten rules that create the environment people work in.
The Discovery process is both Quantitative and Qualitative using our proprietary methodology. We will deliver a blueprint detailing the specific steps required to achieve culture the attracts and retains high performers who are intrinsically motivated by your mission. This is delivered via a Circle Back to achieve hyper alignment on the desired and future statement along with a sense of ownership from the leadership team.
Once the circle back is complete we move straight into group coaching to collectively bring the blueprint to life at speed. We are your accountability partners.
After your desired culture is implemented and embedded we will facilitate a reflection day to align on how far you have come and to outline next steps independent of The Culture Equation.
2. Leadership Development

We offer 16 leadership modules designed to be used in your context. 3. Team - Building - Culture - Building - Team
When teams create connection, safety and fun they have the ability achieve much more together than ever imagined. But doing this in a way that is meaningful (not cheesy) and simultaneously links and adds back to the culture of the organisation is what we specialise in. Think strategy offsites that need an infusion of culture reinforcing activities or end-of-quarter celebration afternoons that are more than going to the pub.
4. Executive Coaching
We believe executive coaching should never be offered to low performers. It is a waste of time and money.
